Do you Mr Coach have same good tricks and tips on how I can best deal with my problems to learn and stop being so nervous and stressed when I should go to and be at various events and meetings in my life?

Hello mental coach

I have a question about how I can best learn to stop being so nervous and stressed when I should go to and be at various events and meetings in my life?

Too often when I should go to an event or meeting, so I find it hard to not rush me up and not get really nervous before this.

I hope you have some good tricks and tips on how I can deal with my problems.

Thanks in advance for your help Mr. Coach.

Rudolph

Hey Rudolph

Walking yoga meditation is good, and might be something for you, and you very easily make them before those various events and meetings that you be on, and so you would not be so nervous and stressed out for these.

The practice of walking meditation can also be fitted in to the gaps in our lives quite easily. Even walking from the car into the supermarket can be an opportunity for a minute’s walking meditation.

The form of walking meditation we’ll be introducing here is best done outdoors. For your first attempt, you might want to find a park or open space where you will be able to walk for twenty minutes without encountering traffic.

Are you practice for 30 minutes and three days in a row and you’ll feel the energizing, focusing effects immediately. If you do it for 30 days you can get really intimate with the technique. You can slip it into the cracks of your day to support you—that’s its purpose.

How you doing walking yoga meditation?

In walking meditation we use the experience of walking as our focus. We become mindful of our experience while walking, and try to keep our awareness involved with the experience of walking. Actually, there are several different kinds of walking meditation. We’ll just be looking at one of them in detail, although we’ll touch on the others. Once you’ve mastered one form, you’ll easily be able to pick up the others.

Obviously, there are some differences between walking meditation and sitting meditation. For one thing we keep our eyes open during walking meditation! That difference implies other changes in the way we do the practice. We are not withdrawing our attention from the outside world to the same extent that we do when we are doing the Mindfulness of Breathing or Metta Bhavana (development of lovingkindness) practices.

We have to be aware of things outside of ourselves (objects we might trip over, other people that we might walk into) and there are many other things outside of ourselves that we will be more aware of than when we are doing sitting – especially if we sit inside. These include the wind, the sun, and the rain; and the sounds of nature and of humans and machines.

But one of the biggest differences is that it’s easier, for most people, to be more intensely and more easily aware of their bodies while doing walking meditation, compared to sitting forms of practice. When your body is in motion, it is generally easier to be aware of it compared to when you are sitting still. When we’re sitting still in meditation the sensations that arise in the body are much more subtle and harder to pay attention to than those that arise while we’re walking, This can make walking meditation an intense experience. You can experience your body very intensely, and you can also find intense enjoyment from this practice.

Try and test this Rudolph, and I hope it will help you to wind down, and so you will not be so stressed and nervous about your evnet and meetings.

How I can meet and get, and acquire me some new friends in my life?

Hello

I have no friends anymore today, and now I wonder how to acquire and make new friends?

I hope that you as a life coach can help me with some tips and ideas. How I can meet and get, and acquire me some new friends in my life.

Thanks in advance for your help and hope for an answer!

Nina

Hi Nina

There is a lot that you can do to make new friends in their lives.

But it may take some time to get really good and close friends. For close relationships acquire and build not up over a cup of coffee. It takes some time to build up a close and nice relationship with someone else. Because it is based on confidence and trust, and between each other.

I asked my readers and followers here for tips and ideas. Whether and how to get and gained new friends? I had acquired the following answers and suggestions from my readers and followers, and as you can read here:

Friends are almost like love relationships except that friendship is without smudging whether to express themselves in that way. Friendship is fragile but it is strong handle on everything. Alienation I felt the most when I was nine years old. My best friend had a better friend and I were on a corner. Then on a class trip, I was the same pushed forward with another girl that I would paddle a canoe on to the other two wanted to paddle together. We talked and laughed the entire trip and we are best friends today.
Anna

I have received many through the Internet. There have been someone who knew someone, I also know, or who were completely unknown to me. The friends you get through school is not my best friends, then often the only connection is the school or class going in. I've often felt like an outsider. It does not apply to try to get into the community without finding a new or create one. Often, it helps to ignore the people and have fun otherwise. I met a bunch of girls that I've met on the internet because we listened to the same music / bands.
Amanda

Just by saying "Hello", so has launched what could develop into a strong friendship. Then, just to be sociable, and the relationship gets stronger with time.
Petra

Is difficult to say "do not be shy" because it is almost every person starting a new school or so. I think it applies to just find someone who has the same interest. You might hear someone talk about something that you are interested in and then you know something you can tell that fit in the conversation. When I started in high school, it was relatively easy to make friends all had an interest in computers.

Often it can be that evil people do that other cling to each other and to make friends that way. I think it feels funny, but it can be if you notice that somebody said something to someone who seems to be sad. Then you can talk to it and say it's okay and that person is so against all. In this way, you can actually become friends.
Lisa

When I am outside, I try to start a conversation with someone if no one comes up to me. Everything depends on the context in which it is in. Last I made contact with a stranger was at an engagement party I was on the last weekend. When was the proprietress, who is a classmate of mine, worried that another friend of hers was a little off. None of us knew the other two. So I started to ask how she knew my classmate. She asked the same, then we proceeded to question each other and then we went on different topics. Then we exchanged numbers before we said goodbye for the evening.

One can try to make new friends by, for example, go to a few in the class and greet each other and so. Start with small things so that you get connected to people. Then you can gradually increase the contact, for example, to add them on msn and chat with them and so on.
Dennis

It is usually treated nicely back if you yourself are nice. Then I do not understand why some people will be in need to be friends with everyone and everything. Some will be completely destroyed if they might be "outside" or a particular person does not "want" to be friends with. The same, if that person or those people do not want to be nice, they are not worthy to even spend time on. One way that I met new friends on where to go on different "parties" and "movie nights" where I saw many new faces.
David

The best tip I have is to dare to take place! Do not let others push you down. Some fun way to get to know new friends is to start new groups, perhaps a local theater or something similar.
Jennifer

I made new friends through that I fell out with my former friends. Every single one of them. But in my class, it was a very kind and forward girl, and she asked if we would eat together. Then I became friends with all her buddies.
Nino
