If you show the qualities that express concern for others. You showing that you have chosen to live a life that is bigger than yourself!

And the qualities you need to strengthen such as reducing down your ego in favor of caring about others is:
  • Empathy, compassion, altruism, trust, generosity, love, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude are qualities in personality development, religion and spirituality cultivated highly appreciated, qualities that make you a proper man.
  • Selfishness, insensitivity, egocentricity, suspicion, greed, hatred, malice, unforgiveness, ungratefulness are qualities that you should process, narrowing down and try to leave behind.

Relationships that entertains and is rewarding to be positive!

Did you know that intimate partner who managed to keep through life using at least five times more loving and positive communication and emotional expression than negative! They often ask questions and show interest in their partner's life. Criticism should be constructive and well-intentioned. Thoughts, feelings and actions!

Thoughts are central in your life. Try to stop thinking! how long managed to your inner dialogue be quiet? a few seconds, maybe! When you think you will also see inner images as a result of your thoughts! example:

You think you want to take it calm and have a holiday! and suddenly in your mind, you see a red open sports car that you are traveling at the Summer Sweden! Now you know even vindraget in your hair smells of nature while the sun shines on your face where you are traveling through your dark sunglasses!

Your thoughts are first created images that in turn created sensations, feelings! which now produces physical reactions. You can now physically experience the smells, the wind and the heat of the sun in your body, despite everything it is only pure fiction from the beginning, a fantasy, which began with a thought!

You extend to you, and now go physically to the window to look out the window, to see if it's sunny outside, see if the summer is on the way! You open the balcony door to feel whether it's hot out and to feel the smells!

Your thoughts are first created images that in turn created feelings, sensations which in turn ultimately created DOCUMENTS (behavior) based on your inner experiences and associations!

If we follow the previous reasoning that our experiences, thoughts, thought patterns and emotional responses are stored in our inner (subconscious!) So we understand what spängkraft this may have on our everyday lives, and how it can affect our way of being and acting if we do it more consciously! There are scholars who argue that our thoughts and especially frequent patterns of thought strengthens certain neural pathways in the brain!

Imagine that your mind is a great computer! and that all your thoughts, feelings and experiences are stored in the hard drive of the computer memories. All the memories and experiences which are lying latent and you can pick them up if necessary, and you can also store new experiences there. The hard drive allows us symbolized as your memory bank, your experiences! The thoughts and thought patterns that you use are you thinking now as different documents in different applications that you choose to open on the desktop of your computer. Ie skills and experiences that you pick up from the hard drive (memory bank) in the internal memory on your computer. In the internal memory there are now applications and documents you have open in helfönster on your desktop that you are actively working with (deliberately), but also applications and documents that you have chosen to minimize as icons in the taskbar, but still available rapidly, in your mind (subconscious !). Now imagine that it is you who write and determine the contents of all the documents, and you can even choose which applications and documents should be open (conscious) or minimized (subconscious!) On the desktop that you may soon need them again! And it's only you who can change the contents of the documents by more consciously reshape your thoughts!

Your thoughts are therefore very important tools to create change. But it is not enough that you change your mind for you to succeed, but you must actively relax on the feeling, empathy for your thoughts and then change your actions (behaviors) of Vardan. It is so the experience is great and programmed.

Is there something we can choose to change how optimistic and pessimistic we are?

By paying attention to your emotional state can actually affect how optimistic and pessimistic you are, and want to be.

Studies have actually shown that optimists are generally more health benefits compared to pessimists: improved immune function, improved recovery from illness, stable cardiovascular system can handle external stress better, better sleep, less depression, more stable and happier relationships, experience more and have greater contentment , have a better social safety net, live healthier and healthier, and live probably even longer ...

"A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty", quote from Winston Churchill.

All we consist of positive and negative parts of our personal qualities, thoughts, feelings and behaviors, but also by our environment and the social relationships we work and live in. How and where will and our thoughts arise from, and how our thoughts affect us?

How thoughts arise, and why it pops up thoughts in our heads from not just empty?

How are we affected by our thoughts, really, and what force have our thoughts on us?

One who is thinking about this, and who wish to have an answer to this about our thoughts.

Thoughts may well so often only occur by itself, it may seem, suddenly strikes the just, for no reason!

All too often reflects the thinking old problems or fears of various kinds! Or you repeat the old beliefs and patterns. But how often do you actively engaged conscious thoughts!

Situations reminiscent of past memories can be the trigger. There also seems to be a thinking process that goes on within you, ready to be heard. Your thoughts in turn triggers the time the feelings of various kinds.

Are you in that case entirely disclosure to yourself but you can not control or influence your thoughts and feelings? No, here comes the interesting part in that by making you more consciously trying to experience and reflect on your thoughts and feelings, accept them and through different methods try to create new thought patterns, you can even consciously reshape and influence both your mind, your personality and ultimately your physical health, you can also affect your inner dialogue.

That you deliberately create newer for more constructive and positive thoughts, reflecting therefore in your inner and your outer. You make a kind of reprogramming you themselves how awful it may sound.

The tank inherent power!
The idea has a strong inherent power (energy) that are important to understand. We believe that we need to take responsibility for our thoughts as these often can seem to live their own lives within us, and do not have any function as long as we do not communicate them with the outside world. That the internal dialogue of constant thoughts affect our health as well as our mental well-being is now something that has attracted increasing attention. In modern psychotherapy, used methods that CBT - cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, examples of how this knowledge has been incorporated in health care.

In various religions, philosophies, different personality doctrines, sciences and modern psychology, the importance of the tanks impact on our health always existed and been central.

The idea is a creative force which if properly used can affect both your mental and physical health!

In psychology, it is recognized and accepted that you think often enough and believe and know within you finally become an accepted truth, a self-fulfilled prophecy! Valid for your thoughts, feelings, values and actions in different situations - be it negative or positive! A kind of inner brainwashing going on and taken hold and eventually take over us! Even worse is that situations that you have not mastered and previously experienced resistance and known failure automatically turns on and is perceived in a similar way the next time you encounter these situations. The same is true feelings you have! You have already built up an internal resistance which now blows again. The same tracks played on the disc again may seem.

To remain in a comfort zone where your fears and failures may act can also be an obstacle to you alter yourself, you feel at home in these resistors and problems that affected / affects you and you identify with them so much that they become your enhanced self-image of yourself, with yourself and your surroundings. You are secure in what you have, but not in what you can get!

You and I always act in any sort of comfort zone, if you are ready to change your self-image and create a new way to see and act, you can usefully use the positive techniques, such as: affirmations, visualization, or simply change your habits and create new patterns in your everyday life and the sphere of thought by a decision to simply do so, the more difficult it need not be!

Negative thoughts lose their power if you do not repeat them!

Did you know that when you think positively then the left front lobe of the brain active, the same place that is active during deep meditation! Do you think negative is rather higher anterior lobe of the brain active. Research has also shown that if you just think you do a physical motion that affects and activates the same brain cells that are activated when you physically rehearse the movement, such as moving your fingers in a certain order on a piano! Fears!

How good are you just being here and now, in the moment? Thoughts and memories creates feelings! And the negative feelings of guilt and fear can be so prominent in your life that they gain the upper hand, which can mean that you feel guilty about the past (your memories) and anxiety and fear of what is to come in the future! Ie you lose the ability to live here and now, which is not good for your psyche and your health in the long run!

Note
Anxiety is often due to negative emotional memories automated and which becomes active in certain situations / contexts, and a fear of the future.

Dependencies!

Addictions such as alcohol, drugs, mental health problems, with eating disorders, negative thoughts, of emotions, etc. sets itself not only as fuel but can sit requesting body clean physically, even perhaps as cell desires? It has been found that different receptors receiving signal substances of different kinds, for example drugs and respond to specific receptors in the body. At an increased abuse of any kind to answer these receptors worse after a long addiction with the result that you often have to increase the dose of addiction to feel the same satisfactions! Much like insulin resistance can work for diabetes type 2, though it is the abuse and addictions is about bad requests / habits instead that affects the body's functionality. That's probably why it's so hard to stop the abuse, and makes it difficult in the beginning, for example in cigarette smoking! The good of the matter is that the body can get rid of a desire and it is about standing out the first worst time! And with constructive focus, thoughts, feelings and actions, most balance and new identifications. See also Request - Resistors - programming.

Think you become dependent on your thoughts and feelings are negative?

Nourishing and Consumption!

In relationships that are out of balance, it may be that one party takes the role of the more nourishing, the more worthwhile sacrifice while the other party is the more Consumption is taking demanding! This skewed distribution can unfortunately become a way of life. All relationships should be based on a mutual give and take where each individual can grow. One way to break the negative thoughts is to learn the practice of mindfulness.

Negative thought patterns confirms just what you already are!

What then is the right thoughts? Simple expressions can say that it is all about developing more positive and constructive thought patterns and try to slow down and stop the thought processes that create repetition of negative thought patterns and ultimately in the worst case lead to stagnation in our lives.

Of course, one should have a critical approach to the phenomena of one's business environment, the ability to analyze and understand, ie constructively and consciously use a healthy critical thinking, a more objective perception! This obviously also on how we look at ourselves, to more objectively reflect on one's own behavior! For self-awareness and compassion.

It is when we let negative thoughts control us as problems arise. The idea is namely so strong that repetitive thought patterns alter and shape us all the more because, in time, create thoughts reflections in both our inner emotional life as our external life in terms of our health and how we act outwards towards our fellow human beings in different situations. In short, they affect our whole personality, who you are!

What biological and chemical processes and chemicals are secreted when we are happy and excited?

Can we influence the biological and chemical processes in our brain so we secrete these chemicals by our way of thinking and being and living?

Hi Remo

All your organs and cells using biochemical processes to communicate and operate. Your endocrine system uses biochemical processes, and hormones is something that is central to the body and you can influence through both diet and nutrition, physical exercise, physical purification and mental and physical health. Feel - good hormone dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins can therefore influence in many ways and prevent various diseases, such as depression.

Nervous System

The nervous system and the brain uses electrochemical processes. The nervous system consists of two parts:

Autonomic Nervous System - involuntary controlled

The autonomic nervous system control functions and bodies that are not volitional, such as the heart, liver, stomach ... The autonomic nervous system consists of the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system that counteract each other:
  • Sympathetic nervous system - energy-intensive documents (achievement and struggle). The sympathetic nervous system is activated at the achievement, struggle and flight, pressure and stress. Energy Medicine

Something that is not accepted and rejected in västerländs medicine but used in österländs medicine and should be mentioned is the idea that you also have an energy body! Ie not just a biochemical body that affects your health. In this energy your body seems Livsenergi! The energy body is not visible but is comprised of clean energy (electromagnetic frequency fields).

In energy medicine (frequency medicine / quantum medicine) are working on methods to prevent and heal disease by processing the energy body (a large energy field that extends beyond the body). Every body cell has its own vibration frequencies and they also communicate with each other through the energy body. Imbalance in the energy body that occurs at the mental and physical diseases can be treated by, inter alia, restore the energy flow. Proper breathing is also considered key to balancing your life energy.

The placebo effect

The placebo effect is something that even the traditional medical community recognizes, it is accepted and taking into account its impact. The placebo effect is a neurobiological phenomenon and several studies have been done that proves that the placebo effect works.

When testing various new drugs so often used only pure sugar pills in half of the test group, while the rest may have access to the new drug. For example, when a patient believes he received a medicine for pain as the body's own pain-relieving endorphins activated instead!

Approximately 30% of recovery is by means of the placebo effect! Applies to both treatment and if you got a tablet.

Nocebo effect is the opposite effect of the placebo effect, which demonstrates that people can become much sicker and poorer if they believe that to be the case, especially if the instructions come from an authority - a doctor! Experiments in health care have been done to prove this, including by giving a placebo (saline) for asthma patients with the assertion that the patients will be annoyed in the respiratory system, which then took place for nearly half of the subjects!
